I traveled cross country to Wisconsin with my baby brother to visit extended family back in 2021. Auntie had this game; said it was our "family gambling game". She made sure we knew how to play it and well by the time we left two weeks later. I bought mine and shipped it home before we'd even left. Keep this in the car now and bring it all over with us. Everyone loves to play

Played this game at a church social.It was easy to learn and was a lot of fun.Really enjoyed it.

Our new friends like to play dominoes. I haven't played in years. I have a nice set somewhere in this house. But, I'll be darned if I could find them. So, I ordered a new set.I got this set quite by accident. All I wanted was a simple 'double six' set with the spinner pin in the center of each domino. At first, I was disappointed to learn what I bought. But, after some thought, I realize that I HAVE the double six set WITHIN this set designed for the 'Spinner' game. And, moreover, I now have several other domino games at my disposal. So, happy accident.These dominoes are well made. The enamel painting should last for years. They handle well, like bone or ivory. The storage box is nice. Good purchase.

Spinners is a fun and easy game for the family and just adults, too! We have introduced this domino game to many adults who loved it and bought it to play with their families. It's easy enough for kids as young as 8 to learn and still fun for adults! It’s half skill and half luck, so you can be winning and have a turn at ‘bad luck’ and find yourself upside down at the bottom! Spinners has enough “wild dominoes“ to make it interesting but not complicated for kids.

I read numerous reviews about customers being unhappy with the quality of the dominoes and/or box. I’ve had this set on my list for about a year and was very Leary of purchasing it because I was concerned about the quality I would receive.I finally ordered it and it arrived this morning. Box seems sturdy and the lid does not seem like it would fall apart as described in another review (if pieces do come loose, a bit of wood glue and clamps will fix that). I checked each domino as I unpacked them and placed them in the box. I did not see any issues with the paint at all. I was actually quite impressed because I’ve unpacked numerous other domino sets that have paint splotches or brush marks where mistakes were made. This set seems to be of good quality and I am pleased with the purchase.

This game was shipped with two of the same dominos 6/7. There is no double 7 in the set.Edit: I'm changing my review from a 1 to a 5. My window to return to Amazon was gone. I reached out to University Games website and within 24 hours was contacted by Leslie in customer service who is sending me a new domino for me set. I am literally blown away by the customer service by University Games. They deserve a 5++ review! Thank you.

I liked the game, I grew up on dominoes. I played with my grandsons 11 and 9 the both caught on quickly (I’m grandma and may be bias). The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because my double duce has a chip in it. I tried to send a picture but I’m 66 and couldn’t really figure it out and decided against the photo. But I do recommend the game.

The kids don’t want to play anything else now!
