These arch supports work well and are comfortable, even when using to keep pressure on arches when asleep in bed.

I like the idea of having the support I need for my flat feet. These were on deal so I tried them and I'm not sorry. The fit is good for my shoe size 9 (womans). I'm not really fond of the strap around the back as it is a bit tight. Could've used a slightly longer strap so its not such a tight pull but it does keep the support from shifting while walking so its a trade-off I guess. I just wish it had come with some information on which support pad to use for flat feet. It just says use what is comfortable. I did a google search for which would be better but I didn't get much info so maybe the instruction suggestion is right and not just incomplete. I used the smaller pad and I don't feel like there's anything under my foot even with my horribly flat arch. Is that good or bad? I don't know. Again, wishing that the instructions would say what the heck I'm supposed to use and how it should feel.

They are comfortable and working well. I guess my feet are narrow because the velcro is in the way of the ankle straps. They work perfectly without them though.
