Best ice therapy pack!
The gel pack has really strong velcro that can be adjusted to any position. The cooling lasts a long time and it's nice to have a fuzzy side and a smooth side for comfort. It's also very sturdy and has double seals to prevent leaks around the edges.

Perfect in all ways!
Just had knee surgery, this is absolutely perfect for icing the knee! I love it. It's easy to use and great quality materials. I love the inside surface, it's a soft velour material. I can see using this for years to come. It will work for all parts of your body; arm, shoulder, neck, Leg, back, ankle, everywhere. Popped in freezer and ready to use at any given time! Stays cold for longer than 20 min. I ice for 20, 20 off and then 20 back on. Works great, would definitely buy again!

Stays in place!
Works well. Not confined to chair to keep it in place. Nice to have freedom to walk around. Stays cold 》20min. Came in handy after shoulder surgery. It does sweat as it thaws. Just keep small towel handy.

Works well
This works well. I am able to wrap my whole knee vs moving the ice from area to area. Good quality. Stays cold for a good while. Stays in place. It's bulky and takes up room in the freezer, don't have space to leave it in there all the time like I can with a smaller icepack.

Good fit
Fits well and conforms well to the shoulder. Takes a long time to freeze, maybe 4 hours. cold lasts about 30m and it really surrounds well, much better than the flat packs. It is hard to get on and off, the closure on the lower band could be better.

Great!
This is a game changer for knee pain sufferers. My husband has terrible issues with his knees and has always used ice packs and towels to ice his knee in the evenings. This makes it to where he can get up and move around while icing his knee. Its larger than expected ( Hes a bigger guy and it fits well with extra room) The velvety inner lining is great because you dont have to have a towel or wrap between the ice pack and your skin. The velcro straps are durable and hold well. This is a great value for the cost. He just grabs it out of the freezer when he needs it and that makes it super easy to use. It really helps with his pain .

Best way to chill out!
I damaged my right shoulder rotator cuff, and my physical therapist comes weekly to treat it. When she leaves, she puts this on me, and it works perfectly! Not too cold, fits tightly to the damaged areas of my shoulder and I can walk around with it. I just pop it back in the freezer between treatments. Fifteen minutes later I put my neck and shoulders heating pad on (which I also got from Amazon)

Glad we added this to our knee replacement recovery arsenal.
My wife had a total knee replacement. While we were to be sent home with a cold water recirculation device, friends suggested we also have some static "ice packs" on hand. This has proven to be a VERY GOOD STRATEGY. Sometimes, my wife likes the "recirculation" system, but she is restricted to staying in one place when using it. With the Relaxcoos, she can either move about or set up quickly and easily anywhere - including on the go. We looked at a total of 3 ice pack systems and found that the Relaxcoo was the easiest to work with, along with being the most comfortable. I sometimes have a slight argument with the velcro strapping when I apply them to her knee, but I suspect that is just an inherent issue if velcro is to be used. The Straps are VERY long, which was nice considering the large amount of swelling my wife had the first week. They are durable and so far after 4 weeks, we are seeing NO problems with leakage or signs of wear. They refreeze quickly enough that we have never had a problem not having one ready (sorry, but I haven't determined just how long that takes). As for cold duration, if left in the open and in place on my wife's knee, we have been getting a solid 30-40 minutes of effective cold. If we place a towel over the top of the pack, we have been exceeding 60 minutes: well beyond what they advertised. I nicked this product 1-star because of the container bags that came with it. We place them back in the bags during refreezing and have prevented any condensation freezing issues. However, the "zip-lock" style closures are cheaply made. One failed (the "zipper" portion came off), with the other one still working so far. For us, it still is good as we just fold over the bag end when we place it back in the freezer.
