Perfectly made and attractive frame. Given it is custom made, it arrived in good time . Although I have given it a five star rating, I would have preferred if the attachment at the back which is to be used for hanging purposes was a little larger or a more convenient type. But then maybe I don't really know the pros and cons of my suggestion.

I had to return my first delivery as it was damaged in transit ( packaged really securely and safely .. damage not fault of the retailer ) my replacement was posted as soon as return initiated .. arrived within 48 hours of process . Great service , fabulous product

Perfect frame for my son's school photo. I called the company for some advice and they were extremely helpful and answered phone immediately.

I received this lovely frame and unfortunately it had a small dent in it. I had no choice except to use it as it was for a gift and I was short of time but, as the company had included a note of their email address, I dropped them a note enclosing a photo, to let them know it had slipped through their Quality Control but advising that I’d used it anyway therefore wasn’t looking for a refund. They responded by apologising profusely and IMMEDIATELY sending me a replacement frame which I was able to offer to my friend who was delighted to accept it and use it to frame another print she had received by the same artist. Top-notch customer service and I would definitely use them again in future! Thank you Frame Company!

I struggled finding this exact frame size in the shops and needed a silver frame to compliment my print. I bought these frames in silver (this model) and black. I must admit the silver frame is better quality than the black. I like the finish better. Anyway, I'm not sure I'd use these frames for wall hanging. They're fine for now but not super sturdy. So if you're looking for a good frame, you'd better spend a little bit more to get a solid quality frame. I didn't want to spend a fortune on frames so this is good value for money.

This is my second purchase of the square gold frames (8 by 8). They have arrived carefully packaged and are of good quality - perfect for framing artwork.

Love this so much, it had a black rim which matches perfectly with a larger one I bought a print in whilst on holiday! Will defo be buying again so they all match!!
