Love it! Works just like a regular piano for us. The whole family is learning how to play with it.

For our first ever electric keyboard/piano it seems great, and pairs mostly well with Yousician and has many connectivity options. It sounds good for me, but I don't have a lot of other references to compare against. It has a great stand to hold an IPad. It was nice that it had bluetooth midi option that paired with the Yousician app to pick notes more accurately than just using the IPad's microphone. It also has a bluetooth speaker to sync your phone or other device to play music through the Piano's internal speakers. We tried the effects and different instrument sounds by pressing and holding the effects button and selecting a piano key (which is labelled with its other functions across the very top of the keys)As far as the build quality, the shipping and packing of the product seemed to not come through unscathed. It comes with 5 main pieces and screws (one set of screws in ours was already screwed into the foot pedal bar and had to be removed). The wood legs are basic MDF that was damaged at the bottom during shipping, but not enough to prevent us from assembling and using it anyways. The main base piano is hefty so I put it on a yoga mat and assembled it upside down and picked it up and flipped the whole thing over. I did email the company and got a response and they adequately refunded a portion of the order so I could repair some of the pieces myself.In terms of something unusual for me though I don't know if it is typical for pianos like this is that the two speakers under the piano don't have any grills protecting the paper cone from any future damage.As an accessory I bought piano stickers to label the keys which helped my and my kid get into learning how to play faster.As an extra note I am having issues with the Bluetooth MIDI connection (BLE MIDI), the IPad seems to disconnect every so often from the Bluetooth MIDI, generally in the middle of a Yousician session. Maybe there is an eventual firmware update for this? With Windows devices (I was using Windows 11) I can't utilize the BLE MIDI connection yet as that is a Windows issue. The alternative is to utilize the USB A-B connection from the back of the piano to your computer, and apps like the ChordieApp will work to display what notes you are playing.

Amazing. My daughter LOVES this piano.Wonderful quality, easy to use, LOVE the headphones that comes along with it for others who might not wish to hear the clacking of the keys!My daughter uses this everyday!!!

Very disappointed with the sound of this piano. When you press the piano keys, they make a thumping noise. This clicking or thumping is an issue stemming from the mechanical action of the keys and can be caused by various factors, loose mechanisms, or worn components. This sound has been since it arrived. I would not recommend this digital piano at all.

My 6 yr old loves it. We bought it for him for Christmas and he enjoys it so much! Worth every penny!!

The media could not be loaded. I like the tone of this keyboard. It sounds more like a piano then the Casio I had before. The keys are weighted. For me they're a little too weighted, but I feel this is something I will adjust to in time. I can hear a slightly muffled sound as a hammer, or whatever produces the sound, makes contact as I push some of the keys. That is one of the reasons I'm giving it 4 stars. Another reason I'm giving it 4 stars is the design of the place you put sheet music or a tablet. Its great for a tablet but traditional sheet music falls through the bottom making the bottom of the sheet music impossible to read. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. I just need to make a few adjustments.

The unit came in very well packed and each piece was protected by plastic wrap. It took me 10 minutes to assemble the support base and the sound is great on all keys.••••• The headphones came in with the unit, but the back panel jack does NOT work. When I reach out to support, they guided me to a audio jack at the BOTTOM of the unit. This is not in the manual and I almost returned the unit back to the vendor for this. This jack out is next to the connector where you plug in the pedals.

I bought this for my wife because she missed playing the piano. It arrived well packaged with easy to follow instructions for assembling. Aside from being on the heavy side it was together in minutes. The frame is sturdy and the weighted keys are great. The pedals work well and the sound is very rich. My only complaint is the headphones just stopped working. I ordered another pair (different brand) to see if they will last a little longer. Also, ordered the bench from the same company and it compliments the piano very well. I would definitely recommend
