I’ve been consuming these tablets since more than months, although they are really effective and superb but every time I consume a tablet I feel really sleepy!!!.It makes me lethargic for a while and I need a nap of about an hour , but after that I’m fine!!.Just needed to ask is there any salt or any ingredient that makes me feel sleepy??
