It is japanese cleaver knife (nakiri)It's Not a Chinese cleaver knife.Blade 7 inch long and 2 inch wide.I am expected 7 inch long and 3.5 inch wide, so very disappointment :(Review for Nakiri knifeIt is enough sharpness.It is for only veggies.Blade is thin and light weight.Handle light slippery in new.Handle is plastic, but hard.Not a full tang knife, but steadyFor veggies.It's design is purely inspired by japanese style with plastic handle knifesJapanese knifes are not handle heavy and not full tangWestern design is wrong in handle, because it Heavy and only for hard bones, not for long time use or every day use.

Good one but expected a bit more heavier.

Chopper is good as I use it for vegetables only. Its not heavy enough for meats I feel. Its quite light weight but the blade is very sharp and is wonderful for veggies and even tomatoes can be sliced thin due to sharp blade. Good buy for veggies cutting not sure about meats.
