I would not think so. Needs to soak and then you might only be able to clean some of the bug or tar. Might take more effort.

You could put it in a pump sprayer to dispense it

It didn’t hurt any of my paint or my protection film at all.

Q: does this remove tree sap from car windows?

Im sure it will it works pretty good on tar and bugs
