a dream come true
The very best I love it and I probably tried 20 different mask types but it’s important to follow the instructions and print the measuring paper on your printer to get the right size. I learned that the hard way I thought I would be an extra large cause I’m a big guy, but it was too big so when I got the proper size I had no leaks and no discomfort

Much better than original
My original DreamWear nasal mask set had a slot opening in the pillow where my nostrils pressed. It worked pretty well and was comfortable, but it leaked some air with the slightest misalignment. As a routine maintenance step, I ordered this replacement. To my surprise the slot was replaced with two floppy nasal ports. It works great! The floppy ports fit in my nostril openings and have enough play to maintain a snug air fit. No leaks. This pillow is wonderfully comfortable. Anytime I wake up in the night I have a good seal and no discomfort. Excellent job with this redesign.

A Nostril to Nostril Comparison: DreamWear vs. ResMed Pillows
As you likely know, the DreamWear design came first and is slightly lighter overall than ResMed’s version. The gel style is no longer made but these are comfy.I started with the P30i but ResMed has redesigned the nasal cushions three times in three years. The latest version vents far too much exhaust air, making me feel like a cold air is blowing all night long. Thus, for ResMed, pillows are my only choice. I prefer to be able to switch off from pillows to cushions. DreamWear supplies also cost far less than ResMed—the cushion is softer. I like that because I feel less pressure just under my nose.

Works, flimsy. Soft
I watched YouTube video from a guy who reviews CPAP machines and this is what you recommended. I've really had no issue until lately. I'm one of those who try to use these things way longer than I probably should. But I won't get away with it this time. I just noticed after a little over a month of using it that it's starting to feel a bit harder and irritate my nares. But bummed for the price point it's not too bad. I probably will try out resmed next as it looks like a more robust unit, but the price is much much higher than this

Good quality
The dream wear line of Phillips Respironics is very comfortable. I tried this nasal pillow mask in a medium, but ended up going with the small because it fit me better. Nonetheless, I will say there is absolutely nothing wrong with the mask and would encourage anyone to go ahead and, buy it if you are using the dreamwear. Very affordable and I am thankful for that because it allowed me to experiment with the sizes and land on the one that worked best for me.

A TERRIBLE replacement for the old Dreamwear Gel Nasal Pillows
I've been using the old Dreamwear Gel Nasal Pillows for years. For some unfathomable reason they have discontinued those and replaced them with these Silicone Nasal Pillows. To put it mildly, I F'ing hate these new ones. They leak like crazy, no matter how I adjust the tightness/looseness of my mask. And every night it takes me 5-10 minutes of adjusting and re-adjusting just to get them into a position where they both: 1. Only leak a little bit and 2. Don't start leaking profusely the instant I blink or twitch my nose, or move in any other way.All this adjusting wakes up my partner, which wasn't a problem with the old Gel pillows, which took 5-10 SECONDS to get adjusted and never once leaked at all for me.In addition, the overly flexible ends of the nose pieces tend to vibrate in the airflow and tickles the inside of my nose.Really, these are about as bad a replacement for the old Gel pillows as Philips could have possibly released. My search continues to find a workable replacement.
