Overall
I've had cheap, mid range and high end... from dell, lenovo to even alienate and for laptops... this is by far the best! Lightweight, super long battery life (that charges super quick) great features and creative software. The hinges like others have said are a little looser than preferred but when do you ever swing your laptop round like mad?Honestly if your considering it I guarantee you won't regret it.

£1,500 price doesn't match the product
The media could not be loaded. For a computer that is £1500 the sound quality is just bad... Also the the screen bugs out or glitches alot when you watch movies for example Disney+.

S pen is not working
s pen is not working. I bought it and payed the price specifically for this. I could have bought something similar, cheaper without the air pen. Machine is bright, well build, long battery life, but you can get these from other manufacturers. Bought it especially for the air pen but is not working. Disappointed but not totally .

Samsung Flex 15.6 Inch i7 Purchased in 2021 Amazon Prime Day Sale
Update, June 2024: The bottom of the laptop has come apart, caused by its own overheating levels. Very poor quality. Two stars instead of 5.Original review:This Flex i7 was under £900 in the recent Amazon Prime sale and I took the plunge. So far so good. It is beautifully made with a strong industrial hint in the design. It is fast and zappy, and the screen is glorious to behold. I'm confident that it is as at least as good as the HP 360 screen, which is 4K. The sound is good enough, but perhaps it could be more bassy. The S-Pen is included, of course, and the battery life is wonderful to complement it all. The typing experience is much better than the HP Spectre 360. Very happy with that! The backlighting is great! I would have preferred silver over the Royal Blue here, but it's growing on me. A very happy purchase at the sale price, because I would not have wanted to pay the original £1500 asking price for it - or any other computer!

good laptop been using for almost a year now
its a good laptop Samsung offer plenty of easy to access support for most issues screen is clear and sharp battery is brilliant and the s pen is a cool feature my only complaints are the camera and the fact you cant upgrade the RAM 8Gb is not enough for my ideal use but its a good all round every day laptop not to mention super thin and light
