Q: Has the formula changed? Our people are saying the drying time is much longer.

The drying time is longer. I don't think the formula changed. They have a liquid spray that you can polish while damp.

Q: Why does this turn into a thick gooey mess if it gets wet? Had to use Dawn to cut the greasy goo.

I’m not sure when you say it gets gooey when wet. The spray dries into a pinkish matte look. You use the gloves or a cloth to rub it off, leaving a shiny finish. I then wash in soapy water and dry to a bright, clean look.

Q: Does this product come with gloves?

No gloves come with this product. I will take this opportunity to mention the spray has a strong chemical odor, I had to open the doors and get fresh air in the house after using it. I would recommend that the product be used outside and not in the house, too strong.

Q: Does the silver spray polish have a tarnish preventative?

We’ve used it for years n I would guess the answer is no it does not have a tarnish preventative. She still has to bring the pieces out every n clean em up lol 😂 good uck
