Delicious! Great for Salad Dressing!
Just pop this open and sniff...and you are well on your way to your own Balsamic Vinaigrette! That's what I use it for. The first time I ordered it came well wrapped and packaged, the second- the bottle was well wrapped, but it was alone in the box and able to roll around inside which I didn't think was very good. :(Anyway- this is my favourite one for my Keto dressing!

Delicious.
I love this brand — every one of their vinegars is delicious, delicate, and nutritious. I use this in salad dressings, marinades, and as a shrub. As a bonus, we find that flavoring our food with citrus and acid often means that we use less salt. For extra convenience, I keep it on my kitchen counter with an easy-pour spout.

Good product, a little pricey.
Had to buy this because we were making some tomato chutney, and it was required. At our local store, they didn't seem to carry this so I had to go to Amazon. This sherry vinegar was a little pricey for only 10 ounces, but sometimes you have to pay extra to get things that aren't available where you're at. It seemed to do the trick, and the chutney turned out to be excellent.

Oh so good
I didn't think vinegar could taste so good. I made a citrus and greens salad with a dressing that called for this type of vinegar. The salad with the dressing received rave reviews after dinner from many guests. I think this would be good as a substitute for rice vinegar in many recipes.

Unexpected, sharper flavor than most w.b.
I am disappointed by this vinegar. White balsamic is the vinegar I reach for most often when making salad dressings and finishing dishes. This does not have the richness or viscosity that I expect and love from balsamic. It’s more sharp and I would liken it to rice wine vinegar. I will use it and it’s not bad, but atypical and not my preference.
