Impressed... especially for the price
So, here's my boring little backstory... I used to play table-tennis a LOT (20 years ago, but hardly at all since then) so I was excited to move to this new community that had an active table-tennis club... but... all my equipment was stuck in my moving POD for 5 months so I bought these just so I could start playing until my "good stuff" got unpacked. These were ridiculously inexpensive, so I bought two.Long story short, I loved these! All my moves and spins came back to me and I was beating decent players right away. Yeah, my paddles in storage might be a millimeter thicker and slightly more padded, but I don't think I'll play any better with those 50-dollar paddles than I do with these. Perfect amount of "stick" (for me) on the rubber to spin the ball. In a dream world, I might adjust the handles a couple of millimeters here and there, but they're fine.So... you might find slightly better, but for this price, you can't go wrong... you can get some really nice practice/guest/backup/kids paddles that are leaps and bounds better than those hard pieces of garbage that usually come with intro sets.No hesitation in recommending these except to most hard-core or brand-elitist player. I'll let you know how they hold up after I whup the next 100 players. :)

Good product, lighter weight paddle
A little lighter than other paddles and don’t have grip on the paddle surface, but play well. I have teenagers and the paddles are holding up

Nice Pong Paddle
I used to play tournament ping pong in my college days (we won't discuss just how many years ago that was) and used paddles similar to this.It feels good and confident in my hand and is better than what I used before. For now I will give a 5 star rating.

No, Get a 5.0
This is nearly the worst paddle I have ever used. The rubber is slick and shiny like plastic, the spin rating should be a 1. The paddle is thin and flimsy. Just pay the extra money and get the 5.0, which is actually pretty good as far as budget paddles go.
