Dual usage - comes with an adapter ring. Domed and through-hole is the same part!
Fits perfectly and seems to work OK.CF1003CP comes with a collar to make it domed - or fitting into the cistern hole without. Confused me initially.

Perfect replacement for our standard flush button; you just screw it in and it's ready to use. Make sure you do not overtighten it, otherwise the toilet may start to leak.
