Horrible! It didn't come with a tape measure,shaker or bag. I was not aware of prep instructions and certain foods needed before starting. It tasted awful I had to force myself to take it. On day six I felt sick and stopped. Count calories it's cheaper! Wish I had purchased it from PURIUM I would definitely be getting some type of refund!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this product to an enemy RIP-OFF
