For the price this pole saw is great. The battery last a long time. It gets very well. It also has a good extension length. The only drawback is, it is a bit heavy even with the shoulder strap it can be a little challenging to maneuver. But overall a great tool.

Really like this saw, has a aggressive cutting chain...easy to use bar n adjustment for tightening up the chain. Great battery power... little heavy but I'm sure they all have some weight to them...wish it wasn't as costly but it's a great saw and so far I'm impressed and happy with it.

I ordered one saw which i really like....Was sent 2 saws and only ordered one.May i have a refund for extra saw when returned?

I bought this about a month or so ago, when there were only a couple of 5 star reviews. I am rating it 5 stars, after having read some of the more recent reviews.Regarding the oil leakage, I can see how that happened. I noticed that the rubber gasket on mine easily comes loose when checking the chain oil. Senix could probably do a better job with some adhesive on the gasket, but I have made a point of putting it back in place each time I open it. They could probably include a few back up gaskets too.It is a bit heavy when fully extended, but it extends very far, and has a 10 inch blade, so I can't imagine that the competition has a better balance with similar extension and blade specs, but I could be wrong since I don't have ability to compare.Although I have had to tighten the chain periodically, its only been at times when I'm reaching a high branch and the chain has gotten somewhat pinched during sawing as the branch starts to come down, but before it has been sawed all the way through. But during easier to reach branches without much blade pinching, it has stayed nice and tight; which is the majority of pruning.With that said, it runs nicely, the battery lasts a long time and recharges quickly, and it cuts easily through branches. I liked it so much that I purchased a Senix chain saw, which I'll review too.

I like how the chain fastens and easy to adjust tension. Saw tilts to 45 degrees for easier sawing at a longer reach. Sort of heavy at long lengths but strap helps equal the weight out when it's fasten to you. The price was right and best of all no cord. So far I really like it compared to a corded one I had.

No power chain slides off you have to tighten it every time you stop it

Great saw! Worked excellent right out of the box. This thing cuts great. Don’t have to put pressure on it to cut the limb. Cuts right through it. Did not have any problems with it at all. Has not leaked any bar oil, either. Would highly recommend!!

This does not come with a battery and charger and there are no specs given to find the correct battery.
