I no longer feel like my saddle has given me a prostate exam after ...
These are my fourth pair of padded cycling underwear in four months. Others before lost their efficiency after about three uses, including laundering. These are holding their shape and padding effectiveness really well. I no longer feel like my saddle has given me a prostate exam after every ride. My saddle fatigue has diminished immensely with these shorts.

Padding is not where it is needed
The main padding is positioned way up high on the back of the butt, while there is very little protection around the perineum. Unless you're riding a recumbent bike, I can't see the point. If I wear these so that I show the biggest plumber's crack ever, then the padding actually provides quite a bit of comfort, but then I have to wear another layer on top so that I don't get arrested for indecent exposure.

This Works!
Having tried a different brand of padded cycling shorts from Amazon before with disappointing results, I was skeptical of these. But one ride convinced me otherwise. These 5D Padded Cycling Underwear Shorts have anatomically located gel pads which really work! No more crotch burn!

no numbness as Iride
I went for a ride as soon as they arrived. I wore a pair of regular running shorts over them. They where great. No numbness ,no sore spots between my leg and privates. Now time will tell how long they last is another ??

The product it's very good quality. The padding is great. Three stars because the leg rides up and pinches. Longer inseam would make it perfect.
