The jury is out on these - they definitely have a result but just not sure it is the right result .... as there is a charcoal like substance in the pad that reacts with your body heat overnight

It is a good product and I like its wonderful fragrance. i have tried a few times and the pain has been released, and it smells like some herb-medicine, and I think it's much better to have these feet pads on rather than take pills case there is no side effects of pads!!

I saw some items like it on fb, thought it is a nice idea,meantime my yoga coach always emphasizes all the pressure points of entire body at the bottom of the feet. So I did search in amazon and find it, it is very nice.

Well all l can say is not to bad but . I did not like the idea of putting tape around my feet to hold the pads on so not that happy 😏😟.
