Ordered for two of them, got two different sizes and the planter open space was also not ok.... now looking for a carpenter to help me out to cut it properly ... not really impressed

This is a beautiful product if you're looking for adding a natural vibe to your indoor or even outdoor garden. This is not a polished item so don't expect that industrial finished glossy look. It works wonderfully for my requirements!

Horrible ..Packing person sleeping ???
One item is 18 inch. Other 21 inch that's ok. Product description says 22 inch. Previous order both were 20 inch. Even 21 inch has less rope but we will manage. I really do not understand, if order & product description is 22 inch .. while packing is the person sleeping ?? Or they are not bothered ????
