the bag was made very well, with great dezign. my daughter loved it, i only wish they made this bag in bigger size. great customer service.

Absolute crap
Within one week the straps are completely threadbare and falling off. This product is garbage. I was keeping my phone, a small wallet and my keys in it to run small errands.

Be prepared to sew it back together within a month!
This backpack didn't last a month before the straps ripped. I had too sew the straps back on twice now.
