Really wanted to love these, and maybe this pair was defective, but given the immense importance of having components that will stand up to normal road riding forces, these were returned. They weighed less than 196 grams in the 42cm, had a pretty cool hawklike wingspan look to them, but maybe the internal cable routing openings were the weak point, as they were generously large. Perhaps too large for safety and long term durability. Will be keeping the ITM X-One bars I got instead, even though they weigh in at 235 grams (25 more than ITM claims) as there was no discernible flex or snap, crackle or pop with the same knee test.
