Dress the Population Women's Blair Plunging Fit and Flare Midi Dress

This is a gorgeous dress. I purchased a size LARGE and was very sad when it would not fully zip up over my 36 D chest without severe compression. The XL price was $120 more. Very sad :(

I wore this dress to my nephew’s wedding - it fit true to size and fit very well. The color is beautiful and I felt pretty in the dress. A woman I don’t know said I was best dressed at the wedding - I never get compliments like that! The dress is well made, beautiful - great quality. 100% recommend

The size guide says the waist of a large dress should be 32-32.5 inches. Unfortunately, it actually measured at 27 inches. I was very disappointed that the sizing was that off. Otherwise, it is a beautiful dress.

This dress is so stunning! I actually have a size medium of this dress but it’s a bit too snug on me from a 10 pound weight gain. I ordered the large but unfortunately it’s too big in the chest for me and I don’t have time to have it altered so I have to return it.

For reference, I am 5'9" 195 lbs and I ordered this dress in a 10. This dress is absolutely beautiful if you're not too large chested like me (36DD).The weight, craftsmanship, material, cut, and finish of this dress are stunning. The material has black and navy matte sequins, and the netting at the top and bottom are a nice touch. The dress comes to my mid shin and is a perfect tea-length. The dress comes in beautifully at the waist and has a nice flare to the bottom.I bought this dress for my brother's wedding and wanted to love it. Unfortunately it simply shos too much cleavage to wear to his wedding. For another event or if you're ok with a lot of cleavage, I can't say enough nice things about this dress. So sad I needed to return this.Highly recommend otherwise!!!

The dress is absolutely adorable. I am a 38 D and the dress fits like a glove. I got a size large based on the size chart, even though Amazon recommended a xl, and I'm glad I did. I am between a 10 and 12, and this dress is the perfect for summer sophistication. The only drawback is the sequins pinches a bit, but it stills gets 5 stars.

Love the design and beauty of the fabric, but the dress is smaller than the size would suggest. Way smaller. I normally wear an XL in Amazon fashion and I wear a lot of dresses with this profile. There was an insurmountable gap at the waist and bustline on this dress and no way to zip it closed. I would definitely need it in one, or even two sizes up. This dress doesn't offer that option after XL. The lining is even tighter from the waist down. It's stretchy so it fits, but the slip liner in this design can only be described as "bodycon" and that prevented it from being long enough under the main fabric thus making the look of the outfit very unattractive in profile since you can see through the dress to the lining. A-line styles should always flow out loosely from the waist. That was another disappointment. If the sizing were better and the lining was reasonably looser and longer over the hips and legs under the dress I would love it. One more comment on dress designs now featured on Amazon. Please offer more dresses that just cover the knees and give us at least 3/4 sleeves, or a matching jacket. Many of us are past our twenties but still love a sexy dress and a touch of glam. Yes, I would pay more for those options.

Surprised with how beautiful this dress is. The quality is incredible. Unfortunately size 12 was not the correct one. If you usually wear L like me, I recommend you order size 14.

The dress os exceptionally well made. High quality, it has a weight to it- it has a liner and 2 layers of tule and lace with sequins. I didn't expect that kind of quality. It also dresses beautifully. I am 5 foot 8, 155 pounds, and bought M.

A tad smaller but worth loosing a few kg for this dress

I had high hopes for this gorgeous dress. I'm 5'3" 132 lbs. I ordered this dress twice because the first time I sized up by two sizes per Amazon's recommendation and size chart. Way too large. So I ordered a medium and it fit perfectly, including the length which hit me mid-calf, except the upper chest around the arm pit had a bit of a gap. A plunge strapless bra took care of that. The dress is gorgeous; however, my waist is high which puts the dress's waist/where the fabric gathers sitting square on top of my hips. The result is a boxy, "country" look which is not the look I'm going for.
