For its price, this lavalier microphone really does wonders. I do not have any other microphone to compare this with, but the improvement in sound quality is evident vs. the built-in phone mic (iPhone X). If you are a vlogger, travel vlogger, podcaster, or plan to conduct an interview, this is a great microphone. Makes outdoor recording so much better, the sound crisper, and clearer. 5/5 stars. Would definitely recommend and buy again (should I need one).

After a year of having it I only got to use it like twice. I worked well when tested it and actually made a video with it. I put it in the case that came with it then put it away. When I wanted to make a video using it again it did not pick up on the mic at all. The recording was coming from my phone and not the mic. Really soured my mood. annoying.

My IPhone takes great videos, but the audio was sub par to say the least. For what I'm doing I don't need a professional mic, but when I made my test video I was very happy with the quality. the additional cord is a must have for what I'm doing, and with my IPhone fire adapter that "like the directions said" was under the ear buds that I never used.I'm very happy.

This improved the sound of my recording via phone. I hear a faint buzzing but not too noticeable.

I use this for my school and it is incredible!!!! Wonderful sound quality and my recordings come out crystal clear and sound professional. I got my mom one too and she loves it. Makes us feel professional too lol

I bought this for my YouTube videos, and it has already proven to be worth the money i spent on it. Super easy to use/install. Unbox it and go straight to using it. That easy.

Doesn't work for iPhone x

It worked well on my iPhone X. The videos turn out great with great sound.
