Beachbody TurboFire Keep on Burnin' Workout DVD

Did the workout today, and I love it. I have to do the modified version, but that is good. It is just long enough to keep you catching your breath, but not out of breath. It is a good workout. Did the stretching one too. She is a good instructor and motivator. I have her PIYO workouts too. I just need to be consistent. this one will definitely be in my rotation.

I was expecting a more fluid routine, didn't realize that it was turbo after turbo. And for the 3 shorter workouts the disc is way overpriced. I would have been more satisfied if the exercise bands used in the video was also included. I will keep because its a good workout overall.

I'm working on keeping up with Charlene' Fire drills and I'm getting there. Ab igniter is great along with the Stretch class I'm learning so much.

This is an awesome cardio workout program with a great instructor and heart pumping music! Unfortunately, I'm unable to do this program often due to knee pain I experience when doing HIITs or any workout where my knee is over stressed. However, during the times I was doing this program and eating well I saw slimming results within a week to a week and a half. So it's another Beachbody hit!

Loved the short intensive workouts

This routine really isn't my thing. Many folks swear by the HIIT training but I find it difficult to follow.
