Having never processed chickens before, this was part of our new process, and it worked exactly as expected. It was easy to set up and easy to use.

Works great pot lid came damaged seller didn't hesitate to send me out a new one. Welbilt good quality for the money.

Sturdy construction.It would have been nice to have an instruction manual.

Basically the thing is a combination of a relatively small aluminum pot and a cheaply made gas burner. You can just buy a well reviewed has burner and a much better pot for half the price. It came with no manual and a temperature probe that is designed for an oven temperature range, not hot water temperature range, and a broken igniter.

Box was beaten up but scalded was fine. The seller provided missing bolts immediately. Very pleased.

I’m happy overall with the use that I got out of this product but it came pretty banged up. There were scratches and dings in the pot. We needed it soon after it arrived and didn’t have time to return and order a new one as we were butchering soon after. Additionally, the assembly instructions that it came with were for a camping stove. It was easy enough to put together without them.

Where to begin, this kit has a lot of problems. The igniter doesn’t work, the paint all chipped off the burner, I had flames coming out of multiple connection points (all of which were with the burner not the propane tank). Additionally, after my first use (there has been only 2), the grate rusted at the welds. Very disappointed in the product, there is a lot of potential with this kit.
