Easy to swallow capsules
I used the bottle I purchased. I’m not sure if that was long enough to notice any benefits.

Ditching my previous brand.
I have been using another brand for several years at a higher price. This is better with the added ingredients. My only concern was it saying "weight loss" which I do not need but my weight has remained stable. Will be sticking with this one.
