The cost of repair shop is high so I bought this car scanner and try to fix car myself.The following is the using experience:1. It is easy to use and understand what's wrong with my car.2. It is very convenient that I can repair my car on the phone app.4. All functions of the app are free.If you want to save money on car repairs, you should buy this.

I purchased this Bluetooth OBDII scanner to diagnose my 2005 VW Passat TDI. I finally tossed the module in the recycling bin and uninstalled the app after countless failed attempts to simply read engine fault codes. Fist of all, the app has an option to automatically detect the VIN number from the ECU. This function never worked and I had to enter it manually. From there, every time I tried to navigate to read engine codes, the app takes an entire lifetime to get to the next menu. I hope anyone using this product is working hourly, you’ll make a ton of money just navigating the software! Finally, every time I selected the option to read fault codes, the app returned an error along the lines of “lost connection.” The generic corded scan tool at AutoZone works better than this. If you’ve got an Audi or Volkswagen, save your time and money and find a different product.

This scanner is not that great. Needs improvement when connecting to phone and transferring data between the device and the car. Often will get error messages that there is no connection. I have a Note 20 ultra so I don't think my phone has connectivity issues. Overall, I will look for a better option.

This device wouldn’t link with either an IPhone, iPad and Android tablet. Tech support seemingly was clueless about identifying the PIN needed to pair the device. The device came without a shred of paper work or instructions and the app was hard to locate and is poorly written with several apparent glitches upon execution. I would NOT recommend purchasing this device.

Great scanner than scan everything from engine to electrical. A must have for Audi Mechanics and diy’ers

I ordered this because I have a ABS and traction control light on in a 1996 XJ12. The scanner showed up fast had no problem reading codes pump motor circuit. I was surprised how well it worked. It saved me a lot of time and money.
