No scientific studies have been published that show that detox foot pads work or that they're safe. The Federal Trade Commission has even charged some distributors of detox foot pads with deceptive advertising. As with anything that sounds too good to be true, your best bet is to wait for scientific evidence that proves a claim before investing your time and money. Also your putting a patch on your foot that has a very black square of something in the middle, I think the black stuff comes out of the patch onto your foot , not out of your foot onto the patch

I like this product but it took forever to arrive that I'd almost given up on it. However, I was pleasantly surprised after the first try.As a fibromyalgia sufferer and with osteoarthritis in my knees, I have found that using these pads actually relieves the pain especially in my knees. I'm not sure why or what but for pain relief it does work. A friend of mine hurt his knee so I gave him some pads to try out, he reported back to me that his knee didn't hurt after using them. I will reorder and I would recommend this product for pain relief

Sad to say after reading the reviews which made me buy the product they make no difference to me whatsoever. The pads are filled with all the said products and yet they turn darker but that just seems the heat from your feet do that. Maybe work for some but sadly no effect for me.
