Made good corn dogs
So, I was discussing the possibility of making homemade corn dogs and I watched a few video posts and viewed some recipes. I gathered the ingredients: corn meal-check, flour-check, honey-check, milk-check, cornstarch-check, hot dogs-check, cooking oil-check ... but wait, I needed the sticks!These arrived in good order. Bamboo sticks need to be soaked in water for a few minutes prior to use in cooking.

Sturdy but slippery
I used these sticks for candied apples. Some of them stayed and some of them slipped right out of my apple when I was dipping it. My theory is that the skewer is really too smooth to grip on to the inside of the Apple. Maybe there’s one with a better design you might consider?

Lotta sticks for the money. Do what they need to.
Not much to review on wood skewers, but these can be used for corn dogs, marshmallows, dipping, whatever. 100 sticks for marginal charge make it a easy buy.
