This is a GREAT pilates ring and actually it's my spare to take with me as I travel. Love the carry bag and the wall chart. What I did was cut these pictures into single how-to pages (separating them into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced) stapled at the corner and now all I have to do is flip through and work-out with the instructional photos. Just place in that handy bag and go. Way to go Mantra Sports!!!

This things is dope. Such a high resistance in my opinion. I specifically bought this for a thigh workout but I can see immediately all the workouts that can be achieved with it. Great price too. I considered several other brands for higher prices toget the best. In the end I chose this one and it’s the best.

This seems to be a well-constructed, light-weight ring. So it'll probably work great for someone who wants that. I didn't provide enough resistance for me. I just got tired, trying to hold it in place, without good muscle fatigue. I ended up purchasing a metal, heavier-weight ring which worked really well for what I was needing.

I was attracted to the pop of color on the grips, that it has a carrying bag, and the positive reviews. I too first thought in the photo that the box was actually a DVD until I zoomed in and read what was on the box. Since I am very familiar with this type of ring and have been using one in classes for a long time, I don’t need the poster but it’s a nice touch. I love using the magic circle to stretch out my tired legs, not shown on your chart but a great use for the ring, much better I think than using a strap or rope. I used to have a ring purchased eons ago from Gaiam made of bare metal with cushion grips only on the outside (not inside and out) which I donated to a gym. I have wanted to purchase this newer fiberglas, more sane type and so far I really like this ring! 😁

Outstanding product. I was so impressed by the quality and resistance on this Magic Circle that I have set aside my other Magic Circle from Gaiam (as the Gaiam circle is too squishee without really good resistance and feels like it will break) and I am using the Mantra Magic Circle everyday not just for travel. It is a perfect size to fit into luggage and there is no other out there like it. If you are serious about your Magic Circle exercises and doing it everywhere you go, then this is the Magic Circle for you!

I must say that I chose to purchase this circle because it looks so good! I like the contrasting colors, the Mantra logo and the sharpness of this circle! The design is not like all the other circles. This magic circle has a medium resistance. I like working with medium resistance because it allows me to work with the circle doing a variety of exercises. I think it is the surface area of the handles that give the perfect comfort fit for either the legs or the arms.Thank you, Mantra, for your excellent ring! A DEFINITE 5 STAR Mantra product! It can be confusing to me about activating the correct muscles to gain a Pilates benefit. I have overused the wrong muscles in the past which makes it harder to correct. By using the magic circle, I was able to feel and engage the correct muscles in various exercises. I am on the way to correcting past mistakes and using the correct muscles. This simple device is helping me with balance, movement and control of my body. A great addition to my routine.

First time Pilates Circle user. My friend told me I needed one so I ordered this one. I liked the bag and the name, Mantra. Yes packaging is important.The poster size is large and that's a good thing. I can see it as I'm attempting to use the circle.I do wish I could have a video and other Pilates components with it, as in a kit, but that's not a deal breaker.

Lange habe ich nach einem handlichen Gerät gesucht, mit dem ich zu Hause Arme und Oberschenkel trainieren kann. Durch Pilateskurse kenne ich diese Ringe. Nun gibt es viele Anbieter und sehr viele Bewertungen überall. Für dieses Angebot entschied ich mich vor allem wegen des mitgelieferten Übungsposters, mit dem der Anbieter ja auch wirbt.Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell. Der Ring sieht erstmal gut aus. Das Training damit macht jedoch keinen Spaß. Er knackt, das man das Gefühl hat, er würde gleich brechen. Der Widerstand ist zu gering. Überhaupt kein Vergleich mit den Ringen im Studio. Ok, die sind ganz sicher auch teurer. Jedoch wirbt der Anbieter mit Fotos, die anscheinend in Studios aufgenommen wurden.Die Übungen auf dem Poster sind für meinen Bedarf nicht geeignet. Außerdem ist alles auf Englisch. Es gibt einen Hinweis auf eine deutsche Fassung mit QR-Code und einer Web-Adresse. Ok, nur weder QR-Code noch Adresse stimmen. Ich habe es mit Windows-Rechner und IPhone, also Safari versucht...Adresse unbekannt.Zusätzlich ärgerlich, Rücksendekosten 3,50 €.Nein, gar nicht empfehlenswert!

Used these rings before at pilates classes, and this ring fairs well with those used. The ring is possibly less flexible, and I expect excess pressure could break it. I have been pleased with using it, and like the programme instructions enclosed. There is sufficient resistance for me. I suggest suitable for beginner/intermediate

Has no idea what I was getting into, but this exceeded my expectations! I practice intermediate/advanced pilates several times a week and this ring has been such a nice addition. Really elevates your connection with your core/center line. There's a few stretches I can do with the ring that I was unable to do unassisted previously, which you can really feel a deep stretch and strengthen. Worth every penny!

Good quality, strong resistance at first, even if the ring becomes slightly softer after few months on the basis of a 2 day a week usage.List of exercices provided with the ring also come handy.I am not sure how long this ring will last and/or if I would continue using it in a gym but it does the job and is fairly priced.

This is just what i need, i usually go to a Pilates lesson twice a week, this has exercises included, so just follow the chart and enjoy!
