Photobee Portable Sticker Photo Printer - Black (12 Sheets of Sticky-Backed Photo Paper are Included)

I bought this for my daughter's 2019 Christmas gift. She used it for maybe a few weeks then put it away. In early March 2020 she tries to use it but it didn't work. Every time we sent a picture to it,it would push the paper out, make a grinding noise and would not pull the paper back in to finish printing.On March 21, 2020 I followed the instructions to get support form the company. You have to use FB Messenger. We went back and forth for a couple of weeks. I sent them pics and a video of the problem. They had me try new cartridges that we had and they sent me a new cartridge. Nothing worked! On April 28,2020, I messaged them letting them know that the new cartridges did not work. After no reply, I sent a "Hello?" on May 3rd. The responded with an apology for not getting back to me but it was a holiday for them. I've sent 3 more messages to them since with no response. It's June 24, 2020 and I have this worthless PoS printer sitting here useless as can be. What a waste of money.

So far I’ve only printed a sticker that I made in procreate (shown in photo) and a “test” picture of my niece and they both printed great! Super quick and easy to work with! The sticker backing seems to work well and is a decent size. 10/10 recommend!

Cette mini imprimante nous plaît beaucoup mais il y a un vrai point noir : des tâches sur de nombreuses photos imprimées (alors qu'elles nexistent pas sur les photos d'origine). Est-ce un defaut général ou uniquement sur la notre ? Selon l'importance et l'emplacement des tâches cela gâche la photo.

Très mauvais produit. Ca fait un mois que je suis avec le service ou je l ai acheté aucune solution trouvéeProduit a ne pas acheter et surtout conseiller. L imprimante ne fonctionne pas .

説明書の解読が困難で少し戸惑いましたが無事に印刷することが出来ました！想像していたよりずっと画質も良く満足です。アプリ内にて写真の編集もフレームやスタンプ、テキストなどはりつけも簡単で(フレーム選択肢は少ないですが可愛いのありました。これなら満足)アプリのインストールやphotobee独自のWi-Fiなど初期設定でかなり苦労しましたが、扱いは慣れると簡単です。モバイルネットワークを切らなければつながらない事(印刷出来ないこと)を理解するまで時間がかかってしまいました。付属の小さな折りたたみの説明書は英文でそれとは別に付いてくる２枚のコピー用紙の『クイックユーザーガイド』がこれまた親切心からだろうが噛み砕いた説明がより解りにくくしているように感じる。と、いうのもSamsungさんの画面での説明だからかな？？？でもニュアンスから読み解きモバイルネットワークを切らなければならないところにたどりつきました。印刷のためにいちいちモバイルネットワークを切らなければならないのは面倒かとも思います(印刷が終わったら忘れないように素早くモバイルネットワークをオンにしないとモバイルとしての機能を果たさなくなりいろいろパニックを起こしそうである)本体のサイズ感は保育園児の小さめのお弁当箱くらい。重さはわりとズッシリ。机に置いて…床に置いて…なら問題ないが、カバンに入れて旅行などに長時間持ち歩くことは出来なくもないですが少し重いかなと思います。写真は他社の物に比べて大きいので私はphotobeeにして良かった！と思っています。いろいろ書きましたが大満足です。
