VXi BlueParrott B450-XT Noise Canceling Bluetooth Headset (Renewed)

Described as tested to be working properly and in Like-New condition, the mic cuts in and out throughout calls. I have tried using this with multiple devices and have checked for new software updates from blueparrot. I absolutely would love to keep this headset and to make it work. But It won't work. I'm unable to answer calls without the mic cutting in and out.Don't get me wrong, the headset blocks most if not all of the noise in the office when it works. WHEN IT WORKS. Unfortunately, mine does not work properly.

Compared to the many I’ve tried, this headset is by far the best, although it’s not without out its flaws. The sound I hear is clear but slightly tinny, everyone hears me extremely clear and the noise cancellation is superb. The fit is very tight and compressive against the head after about an hour. It hurts my ear and the opposite side, so I’m constantly repositions it. Also, the headset buzzed every 15-20 seconds when out of range of your phone, and worse when connected to two devices. While this is not a flaw it was not called out in any documentation I could find.

The Active Noise Cancellation seems very good and it is pretty comfortable to wear. But even though the headset said battery level was high, people had trouble hearing me after a few days use - charging it resolved it, but charge indicator is apparently not accurate. Still, it did well over 4 days of moderate use.However, doesn't stay on my head so well if I'm leaning over, like to pick things up or moving around a lot. Biggest gripe is that the grip part opposite the ear cup, gets badly tangled in my longer hair. That is a giant pain. My partner has the same issued with it getting caught in her hair too. Really needs some improvement here. I like the ANC & comfort otherwise, but taking it off can be a PITA.

This was an amazing buy it normally retails for about $150 to $200. I was able to purchase this refurbished headset for about $110 and then also purchase a three year warranty for about $20 and it’s still kept me underneath the $150 that at the minimum it would retail for. Amazons warranty is amazing we’ve had it before and they make it as easy as possible to have the item fixed or replaced and I love it. The BlueParrott B450-XT it sits perfectly in my head it cancels out noise it allows my wife and I to have great conversations while I’m on the road and it is all voice activated it even has the function to work as a walkie-talkie with another headset of the same with BlueParrot. I love this head set and the battery life on it is amazing it has lasted me at least 12 hours.

I'm mostly liking this one so far. One thing I don't like is this headset wants me to use the MFB to answer calls. I'm accustomed to using the on/off button to answer calls. It also wants me to download some MFB app, (or something like that), but why should I?My first headset was the B250-XTS. It was ok until the overhead boom broke.My second headset was the B350-XT. It also was ok until the overhead boom broke.So, this is my third one. I have not measured the range, but it does leave a bit to be desired, although I don't have any other headset to measure it against.Sometimes I forget to grab my phone and I only realize I don't have my phone when I'm getting out of range.Overall I like it.

That headset did not come with original box. They just put it in zip bag and it was like used. I am not a stick person so i said i can use it buttttttt LOW BATTERY LIFE ALSO NOISE CANCELLATION NOT GOOD EIGHTER I CAN NOT GET GOOD QUALITY SOUND.So i am still using i think it is jot original.

This is a great headset is really good but a couple extra features would make it great! It has great noise cancellation but I have the volume turned way up and it is sometimes hard to hear so it would be great if it had a little higher volume. The biggest issue is this headset does not let you call anyone from your contact list only the last person you spoke to. It's very inconvenient to have to pull over in order to pull your phone out to call someone.
