Poor quality item.
Poor quality not hemmed correctly so material frays in wash. Such a shame as I was very pleased with this item at first.

Very disappointed.
I ordered a double duvet set. The duvet cover is a foot too long. The pillow cases are too small and the flat sheet is too short and really wide. Also the material is not soft microfibre as advertised. Very disappointed.

beautiful..but let down by the zip
What a beautiful product. Gorgeous colours, lovely softness... it is fair to say that I was absolutely delighted with this set initially. The tidy zip instead of the line of anticipated poppers was a bonus. However, on only its second wash said zip completely disappeared, leaving me with a gapping hole and nostalgic thoughts of poppers! I am not a seamstress in any sense of the word, and so am unable to fix this without taking it to a local magic worker and having to pay them for a repair. I am really disappointed with the poor quality of workmanship....
