FisherSpace Pen SPR1, Refills for Bullet, Blue, 3 Piece

When my space pen dried up I was afraid it was trash-can time for it. But then I discovered these replacement cartridges and *presto* I'm back in business again. As a soccer referee I have occasion to (try to) write things down in the rain on somewhat wet paper and that's one of the things a space pen excels at.

I have used Fisher pens for past 11 years and love how they feel in hand and how they write. Ink last a long time but I never want to be out so I make sure to keep it in stock.

I am not a fan of ballpoints but when I have to use one, it had better be a Fisher. The nice thing is is that you can put these into any pen that will accept a Parker refill. They last a very long time, and write well.

I have been a Fisher devotee from way back. From their bullet pen which fits easily into the front pocket of any pants to the full-size click pen that is awesome for work. Writing is relatively smooth with no skipping and ink refills last a good long time. I work in aircraft maintenance and no writing tasks is too much for Fisher. I take Bible notes and journal and this pen is great for any writing task I encounter during these activities. In this bang for your buck society we live in, this is a fine blend of quality and durability and value.

it fit and worked

Fisher products are the best. The "SOLD BY" is a joke. If you want SPR1, Blue, you will get SPR4, Black. 3 pack is labeled Blue but are packed with black refills. I had to go through this 2xs. Buy from someone else to not deal with sending them back.UPDATE... Ordered the 3rd time from Banana Zoo. It arrived correctly next day. Didn't expect that. Amazon was great taking care of this one. AND... thanks to Banana Zoo for checking their products before sending them. BTW, Fisher should have been what the review should have been about. 5 stars for that.

Refill fits well for replacing existing Fisher refills and Jotter refills. Writes smoothly with a good looking dark blue and works in a variety of situations. I look for the ability to take Fisher refills before even buying ballpoint pens now and the first thing I do is swap in a Fisher if they don't come with one.
