Cool Product but Place It Correctly
So I thoroughly enjoy the convenience of this product. I place my phone on the puck, which looks sleek and cool, and it charges as it should. You have to be sure your phone is placed correctly on the puck and see when it starts charging; otherwise it won’t charge. Great product overall!

Does the job - light stays on though.
It works fine and looks really good. The light that shows it’s charging does stay on though which is annoying on my nightstand at night. I had to put tape over it.

Bought my 3rd one last week. I have one for my bedroom, desk, and gave one as a gift. I really like the look of the charger and how fast it charges my phone.

Works reliably as advertised. Charges quickly. Great for placing on a desk or side table.

Too weak to charge a phone in its case.
Wanted to like this because it is very handsome, but the charger is very weak. It would not charge an iPhone XS with the slimmest plastic case. If I removed the case it would charge,but painfully slowly.
