Pennington 100086592 The Rebels Tall Fescue Grass Seed, 20-Pound

Not sure if the seed was aged or what but this is the first time my grass did not come up very well. will just purchase through a local store from now on.

Don't want to give it more stars cause its fall and haven't seen results yet. In Texas. But delivery was excellent.

Drought tolerant, doesn't go dormant in hot summer weather (stays green), greens up first in spring, dandelions can't grow in a turf type tall fescue lawn, never needs to be watered, doesn't need to be cut as much as other lawns. Keep your mower blades high like 5 inches or more, you'll have the most maintenance free lawn there ever was, and it'll look beautiful.

Lots of dead seeds. Maybe sat in warehouse too long? Had better product from Home Depot or lowes

When our new house was built with slabs of Centipede grass, I chose to override that mess with Rebels and I have one of the fullest most robust lawns in our community. It has just been tested by a week of 100+ heat index in June and it is green as green can be.

Grass seed was great! Came up just like required!

would not buy again

Beautiful lawn, stays green even when everyone else's was brown and I seldom watered it. Blades are fine and soft, deep green.
