Connected - Not Connected - Connected?
Don't plan on connecting it to your phone, it saying it's connected and then making a phone call quickly. Or while a phone call is coming in turn the headset on and catch that call. This thing will say whenever you turn it on "connected", then "disconnected" then "connected" again, or sometimes "disconnected" yet again. If you connect and then do nothing for a minute you'll really be connected, faster than that, you're not connected LOL

Work's great!
This Bluetooth headset works far better than the more expensive ones that you wear around your neck with the two ear buds. I'm told that the person that you're talking to get's a much clearer sound from me.I would highly recommend this! The only con is that the battery doen't last as long as the one that you wear around your neck. About 2 1/2 days.

If you have large ears or if your ears stick out, you will find this device comfy to wear.
The behind-the-ear price is rather bulky making it uncomfortable to wear. It actually makes my ear stick out a bit. (My ears are not small). I also find it challenging to adjust volume on the device as it moves out of my ear each time I adjust.On the plus side, it’s large and this easily located in my purse. Call clarity seems fine and no one has complained about background noise.

Usability problems
This is a great device, especially for the price. Reliable pairing, connecting, and call quality. Just a couple of problems that drive me nuts. The worst is that every time you turn it on, and every time you get any sort of notification on your phone, the volume drops down 4 notches, to the point that speech is inaudible. To bring the volume back up, you have to click the appropriate button 4 times with a pause between each click. The other problem occurs when you mute yourself or go out of Bluetooth range. You are bombarded with constant reminders that you are muted or disconnected. How do I tell it to shut up?
