I bought this as a means to disconnect from 'smart' phones & the internet/social media in general. I had hyper-low expectations for this phone and it still managed to fail me.I had my wife send me a text with the word 'hi' to test the ringer volume. Fast forward 17 hours and it finally came through but the phone is unable to open the text. Weird, but possibly isolated. I then get 11 messages from T-Mobile which I also couldn't open. To this minute I am unable to open a text. Additionally, it duplicated, triplicated, & in some cases quadruplicated the same message. My inbox which should have been 12 messages was over 40.I tried connecting the phone's BlueTooth to my headphones, truck, wife's car, & a little speaker and it is not possible to connect. This phone is absolutely useless on every level.The call quality is the worst of any phone I've ever talked on, my wife said I sounded like I was talking through an empty can with the phone on the other end and my wife sounded like she was on a HS PA system for a football stadium. Muffled, tinney, and just unclear.All in all, please do Amazon a favor and not buy this hunk of plastic crap. Their returns teams deserve better than to have to deal with more of these pieces of crap.

this is made like a toy with buttons that do not work.

I was looking for better cell phone coverage, fewer dropped calls, better voice connection, less static, for coverage inside this "canyon" (bottom of hilly area with very poor cell coverage) where I live, but this phone is NO better than my old Motorola flip phone, so I have gone back to my old phone.

This phone is really an old, basic phone. Does the basic functions, plays old XT9 games. Its not a smartphone, its the first attempt at one. I never used, its just an ancient paperweight sitting n my house. Might be great for a basic phone for construction workers.

Looks like a toy. No walkie talkie function.

IT DOES NOT have a walkie talkie function the knob at the top is just for show it’s nit real the cap for the antenna is falling off it’s supposed to be one piece

Is an older version , bigger like an walkie talkie and very different to the website description . Bad item really
