iDofit Waist Trimmer Belt for Women & Men, Sweat Belt Waist Trainer for Fat Burning, Sauna Belt for Slimming Body Shaper, Stomach and Back Lumbar Support

The product itself is made out of two layers- one layer is a soft velvety like material while the inner layer that touches the skin is like a rubbery neoprene material. The neoprene causes the body to sweat. The belt is secured with a Velcro strap. The strap is probably a 3 x 5 inch area and holds the belt very well. I've never had the Velcro strap come off. The band is wider than any Waist Belt I have come across, unless you order the product that acts as a tank and zips up the front. Depending on your body shape, you may need to place the belt higher up on your back to prevent it from rolling down. When I first started working out, I had upper love handles/fat rolls that caused the top of the belt to roll down. I placed the belt higher in the back and lower in the front and it worked fine. I can even wear this while doing Ab work.I have purchased three of these. Two out of the three have held up really well. The second one I purchased started to get a tear. The neoprene material that touches your skin started to separate from the outer material. I use these at least 5 days a week, so I may have had it pulled too tight. I noticed the tear about 4 months in. I think I may have over used that one. The other two have held up really well. One is more than a year old.This product meets the description. It does provide lower lumbar support and it will make you sweat. Lower Lumbar support- this will provide some support. I have degenerative disc disease L3, 4, & 5. This provides relief while completing basic gym work outs and household chores. This is not a substitution for a back brace that contains metal support rods or the weight belt used for power lifting. If a back brace is needed for minor back pain, you may be able to get away with using one of these. It all depends on the tasks you are performing and the amount of time you are on your feet. I did wear this during Zumba Instructor Training and it did provide relief. The class is a 9 hour day and you are up on your feet and moving for 2 hours at a time, so by the end of the day your body (especially your back) is beat up and wore out.Waist Trimmer- You will sweat in this product. You will notice a bit of slimming, but this is water weight. Unless you are working out and eating right, this product will not solve your tummy issues. You can use this in conjunction with Sweet Sweat and a firming cream, but results are not long term. You must change your lifestyle.Waist Slimming- this product will slim your belly about an two to four inches, but it is not designed to be worn more than 4 hours in a day. It can be damaging to your organs to wear this for long periods of time. In addition, you can experience acne. The pores are sweating and the sweat has nowhere to go so you will see the occasional pimple if you where it often. If you are self conscious about your tummy (and who can blame you, some of the bodies and outfits you see at the gym are very intimidating, but remind yourself you are in the "before stage"), this will help pull in your tummy while you slim down and build your confidence.Hygiene- As mentioned above, you can experience acne in the area covered by the waist trimmer. Use an acne body wash. I recommend Neutrogena or Avon's Clear Skin Acne body wash. Wash the area as soon as possible. If you cant take a shower immediately, use an acne fighting face wipe and follow with acne fighting body wash when you shower. The waist trainer itself needs to be dried off. I clean mine with a diluted antibacterial soap. If you do not clean the belt, this can also cause acne.I definitely recommend this product- especially for women. The last area to go is the belly. this belt can help speed up the process a bit.

I have been using these types of belts for years. I use them whenever I do cardiovascular workouts such as walking on a treadmill, or using an elliptical machine. I wear them for 2 reasons - to help me sweat in my abdomen region, and for back support. I decided to use this for at least a month before writing a review, to test its durability. This belt is made of a superior quality than the ones I have previously used. It is made of a thicker material, and has a very durable Velcro strap at the end, which helps hold the belt snug against your abdomen. I can really notice the amount of sweat produced by wearing this belt when I exercise. I also wear this belt to help support my back when doing yard work and mowing the lawn. The only downside to this product is that it has a very strong odor when you remove it from the package. I know that most products may have a slight odor, however, like others have mentioned it is REALLY strong. It took a couple of weeks of airing out the belt for that smell to go away. (Maybe a half star deduction for that if possible). Overall it is a very good product and I would recommend it for people who want to tone up a little, break a good sweat, and have good back support. I have taken a picture of another belt I own, and this one. (The blue one is the other brand). This belt is a lot wider than my other belt. You can notice the difference between the two. I would also recommend ordering a longer size belt. It is better to have a slightly longer belt, than one that barely fits. I also want to say that I purchased this belt, it was not free to me for this review. I purchase items based on other peoples reviews, so that’s why I write them as well. I hope this helps some people in their decision on purchasing this product

This product is meant for temporary and most likely cosmetic use of fitting your blubbery hide into a too-small garment. I initially returned the product when the stitching came undone and have been using the replacement product as a “dress-up” accessory, wherein I suck up my gut, strap myself in and pray this waistband doesn’t break and explode the clothing clean off of me. I tried using this daily and the Velcro wore thin and the rubber banding started to show stretch tears. If you need the occasional “flat-waist like I’m still 20 years old” then this will compliment your arsenal to battle the doom of aging and the inevitable expanding waistline.

I have had this belt for 30 minutes and that's all it took to give it 5 stars. I have a separated abdominal muscle and I purchased this for abdominal muscle support so I could continue to work out with weights; even though they will have to be light weights. This belt exceeded my expectations.Thanks

Ordered a Mefium. Used it for post pregnancy. Pre pregnancy 5’6 139lbs gained 30lbs during pregnancy, wore it the first day I got home from hospital, wore it a few hours a day. I suggest taking breaks when wearing it I got a gnarly blister. I’m 4mpp and I’m back down to my original weight.

The neoprene inside this belt is genius. It tags right where you place it on the waist. I use this belt at work and it was comfortable . I felt like it helps with my posture as well; keeping my back straight while standing and sitting. I noticed that I didn't feel the sweat all day at work (I work 10 hours shifts and I am on my feet most of the day) but when I got home and removed the belt, there was sweat on my waist and inside the belt only to my surprise. I was so worried that the sweat would drip along my back and soak into my pants. But the sweat was contained to inside the iDofit belt alone. I love it.

Works as intended. I wore during normal everyday tasks or even while sitting down and sweated a TON. it can be a bit more comfortable but the weight loss journey is a tough one and this does what it set out to do. unsure of the pain relief properties because I didnt use it for that purpose.

i get scammed by this product. ibhejo is an fraud. it is very interesting to get this belt for weight loss, but result is very bitter instead you get an itching effect after you use for an two to three hours. since ibhejo is the third party seller will not return this product and respond to the mail. better stay out of this product

Items look great and quality is really good. You can easily wear it inside your tees or shirts. You sweat alot while wearing it but there is no sign of sweat outside belt on your clothes.

Tried this product for a few month and no results, now I use it as a weight belt. Don't buy this as it barely provides any results in terms of trimming your waistline.
