The capsules are so dried out inside it is difficult to get the contents out. It comes out in one very firm line and it is difficult to rub it into your skin. Although your skin does feel better after you have it on nothing works to break up the hard line of product that comes out once you open the capsule. I expected it to be a little more fluid and easier to use. I think I will find a different manufacturer next timearound.
