All personalised or customised items are exempt from returns. If you order an item which is not personalised or customised and simply change your mind then you will be responsible for the return postage, and the postage paid to deliver the item will not be refunded, only the cost of the item is refunded once the item has been returned (within 14 days) and in the same condition.
