Just got this today and tried it out.Pros:-Nice design for sitting around the neck-Very Soft liner to protect the skinCons:-It’s adjustable to accommodate different sized necks, but it’s still too big for me when it’s as tight as it will go (I’m a woman with a 13” neck)-Soft liner is a pro, but does attenuate the cooling effect of the ice. But does allow you to comfortably ice for longer periods of time

Right out of the box, my thoughts were, this is really well made.I knew from other's comments, that it would be really big on me.I use it for a kneck pillow;also I find it fits pretty well if I wear it upside down, and fold the back in half, inward.

This is better than other brande I baught. My only problem is I wish the strap fit smaller necks better. Good price and stays in place good because of wide straps.

This molds really well around your neck, it's not stiff at all. The only issue that I have had with it is that it doesn't adjust down quite enough for a small woman's neck. I really like it for both heating and cooling.

Husband just had neck surgery and I have several bulging discs and a herniated disc in my neck. This is just what we needed, I bought 2. The fact that they can be hot or cold makes them worth every penny.

Large neck cold pack just sits a little weird on my shoulders but it does help
