Very soft fleece! It's a pad but it easily covers my entire back (though I'm a short girl). My lower back aches from bad posture, so the cord length gives me the choice to use it either in bed or in a chair/couch. The 2 hour is also very convenient if you want to go to sleep with it on. I like how easily I can change the different temperature levels, and it is a comforting heat that helps loosen muscles. I've only tried it a few times so far but I will update it with more continual use later on to see if there is lasting pain relief effects.

I have fibromyalgia and use a heating pad every night. Of course, I do my usual Amazon search for the perfect affordable heating pad. I have found a great one. This heating pad is amazing. It does dry and moist heat. Both which I need because of how my pain levels are. It is very large and covers a lot of my body. It is an amazing price which I was surprised to find one so affordable. We are thinking about buying a second one.

I found the size very useful for my needs. I use it in bed to relieve lower back pain and pain in my legs. I am a fighting Parkinson's disease and back and leg pain are common problems. I also like the heat control unit design and the extra long power cord. I can tell a lot of care went into designing and constructing this great heating pad. A great product at a reasonable price.

I have to admit I'm pretty impressed with this heating pad. It's soft and comfortable and heats up quick. It's a bit larger than I imagined it being which is awesome!! It's the perfect size to wrap around my back (after hooking up my tens unit) after a long day lifting heavy boxes at work. Instant relief. I've been using it every day and it's a thousand times better than the last couple heat pads I've purchased.

Worked without problems first month. After using for a while cord plugin becomes lose and doesn't like to stay plugged into pad. Other than that inconvenience works pretty good. Is nice and big. Gets really hot, most heating pads we use on high...this one low is sufficient.

At first I loved this heating pad. It got nice and hot. Most do not get hot enough for me and sometimes this one was a little too hot for me.About 2 weeks in I noticed a burning smell and thought I saw some discoloration. Everything seemed to work fine and the smell went away. Well one night about a month and a half after purchase it was on and the whole room smelled of burning and there was more discoloration. Needless to say I will no longer be using it, nor will I buy it again. Very disappointed.

This heating pad is very soft. It actually has the feel of an electric blanket. Most heating pads you can feel the pad through the fabric. This has no pad instead it has small wires like a blanket would. I also like the fact that its large but not extra long like other pads. Its very wide so it give more total coverage.

I placed this between my blanket and mattress and turned it on about 5 minutes before getting into bed every night last winter. Made my bed a warm and comfy place to crawl into, rather than slipping between sheets of ice. Of course I didn't leave it on during sleep for safety reasons.
