Posseik 1610 8 Lectern Decor, Beech

Be warned, this company only supplies instructions in German. If you are experienced in assembling flat pack furniture, this might not be a problem. I spent some time on Google Translate but this was only of use in identifying screws and other bits and pieces. I did the job by following the pictures alone - and the pictures were so small that a magnifying glass probably would have helped. As a result I ended up fitting the base panel back to front.This proved to be irreversible as the back feet and the front castors could not be interchanged without damaging the base. The base having been damaged, we had to make do without either feet or castors.Apart from this, the socket half of the lock was missing so that the drawer could not be kept closed. And the drawer runners..! these kept me occupied around an hour trying to figure out how they fitted.Amazon were totally unable to help with any of my concerns, so I ended up calling the manufacturer Posseik in Germany. They located a guy who spoke English. He agreed to send the missing lock socket and I explained that the lectern was needed by the weekend - four days away - he said they would do their best. The lock eventually turned up three weeks later.I won't be buying from this particular manufacturer again.

Very good product. It serves the purpose.

Instructions only in German, parts broken and corners of unit damaged from transport.Basically spent £100 on a pile of cheap wood that's no use to anyone. Certainly teaches why buying cheap is not worth it.

Very poor product. Incomplete parts like knots,screws and broken items.Instructions only in German No English and clear directions how to Assemble the item.I would not recommend it.
