If you want to lose 10 to 15 pounds in a week or two...try purium. This isn't weight that will stay off if you're not living an active healthy lifestyle. It's so easy to screw up. It doesn't taste the greatest, but it's more about results for me. I love the shake for breakfast. The anti aging cherry syrup was good and helped me sleep. I would not buy this product again. This is a good cleanse before a REAL healthy living lifestyle change. It's like a starter pack not something you can't do or make on your own.
