I needed a minimalistic but durable hand railing for the steps leading from my garage to the kitchen and this was a better solution than I had envisioned. First impression, I immediately was drawn to the finish. It's coated very nicely and has a texture that is both pleasing to the eye and hand. I should mention, this railing should not be used in an outside or wet environment like a shower enclosure.Kit comes with detailed instructions including multiple QR codes for How-To YouTube videos. Also comes with mounting hardware but I would recommend only using it if the railing is for hanging items and not being used by humans. Since my application is for my elderly parents, I went with the WallDriller 175Lb mounting system which easily mounts into drywall rather than wood studs which makes placement less of a headache. For a finishing touch I painted the silver hardware black keeping to a sleek aesthetic and in the end was happy with the result.

Mounted vertically next to a shower/tub combo to give something to grab onto when stepping in and out of the tub in a new bathroom addition.Easy to mount and has wide plates to give good stability to the bar for better support.I used some 3" black "tapered head" screws that I already had to mount it so it looks more finished, rather than the way they show it in the pictures with he hex head silver screws.The finish is nice and matches the rest of the matte black hardware and fixtures in the bathroom.Great deal and about 35% less than the same bar at home depot or lowes.Even better if you catch it with the coupon.Shipped and received fast as well.... 5- Stars!

The handrail components are nice rigid tubes that are powder coated. No issues with how they were manufactured. My concerns are with the fasteners provided. The instructions say to use an 8mm drill bit except, at least in the USA we typically use imperial measurements. 8MM is equivalent to 5/16" but that size hole is way to big for the drywall anchors provided. Even when a smaller drill bit is used the anchors will still spin when the screws are drilled in. Given the intended use, a different type of anchor should be provided.Additionally, the heads of the screws are exposed. So when a brown handrail is installed, there are silver screw heads exposed that make the installation look cheap.

Seems well made and solid. Comes in three pieces, two long and a middle connector. I'm using it screwed into a concrete wall as a handhold for a basement hatch ladder.
