Interesting gadget but not very useful if you do it aline, as it always feels loose, leading to some errors.It looks sleek and high tech, the only inconvenient is the velcro, as it’s hard to tighten it around your arm, leading to a few errors.Definitely needs to address this issue!It has reliable readings and great looks

All in one blood pressure unit with integrated cuff so no messy pipes floating around when you want to take a measurement. The cuff fits well and the whole unit is like a speak your weight machine so ideal for someone who is partially sighted as it reads out your measurement to you.The instruction manual was ok but we struggled to connect to the phone app but perhaps it is an issue with our android phones. The monitor itself is a reflective plastic that looks more like something from a sci-fi movie than a blood pressure monitor but it works well and has a battery that we haven't changed yet after a couple of months use so it seems liek a decent buy for the advertised price.

App does not work and hit and miss when you turn it on.

The media could not be loaded. This blood pressure monitor comes with a charging cable, UK power adapter, drawstring storage bag and instructions. There also an App, “Healthcare+”, that you can download to you mobile device to keep track of your readings.It's relatively easy to use and gives you verbal instructions and your readings at the end of the test. Which is ideal for anyone who is visually impaired.I did simultaneously run tests against a well known branded one, albeit on different arms, to check the accuracy. The other one having been checked with my doctor.When I take my blood pressure I take three tests over 10mins and did this with this test. What I found was that only on one occasion did this monitor record the same readings as my other one. The other readings were at least 5% out on both the systolic & diastolic. Although the heart rate was accurate on all three. Running a 2nd set, the same 5% was there on all three.I'm not a healthcare professional by any means, but I do believe there is likely to be variances in the blood pressure between my two arms, but I don't know if this is within tolerances or the monitor is out. A significant difference (usually considered more than 10 mmHg) could be a sign of an underlying health issue.The only way I'm going to be able to truly test the accuracy of this monitor is to take it with me next time I have my blood pressure tested at the doctors. Which is something I suggest you do with any blood pressure monitor. Even if it is out, at least you know by how much. So I'm going to have to reserve judgement on the accuracy.As to the Healthcare+ App. I tried this on two different brands of Android phones and wasn't able to get the monitor to pair with either, despite following the instructions , and I'm no novice when it comes to tech.I hope you found this review and the photos interesting, informative, and useful. If you're on the market for a blood pressure monitor then stop reading and just buy this. It's that good.First of all the unit isn't like the other ones where you have a main unit and than a pipe attaching to a collar that you put on your arm.This one is built in one - theres just a collar you put around your arm and everything else is built into that - it's such a great idea and makes life so so much easier.It's this simple - put it round your arm and press the start button and it does the restIt will inflate the device and then tell you what your blood pressure is. Simple!AND - then it will actually talk to you (if you want it to) reading out your blood pressure and even telling you if your blood pressure results are normal or abnormal! Incredible stuffIt comes with an app too that records your results as you go so you can spot trends, see if your blood pressure is going up or down over time and lots moreIt's a good size for travel and for packing away - very nicely presented, lots of built in functionality as well as on the app and is such a good device I can't help but recommend it as cracking value for money for what it does.Great device - so happy with it
