This is the best bag I have ever bought! It rolls so easily without any force and has made traveling to work and on airplanes a dream come true. It easily fits my laptop, lunch bag, laptop accessories, make up bag, sweater, etc., but doesn’t tip over. Highly recommend this bag!

I like the spaces that the bag offers, however it is front heavy. I did not put much of anything in the front pocket yet it falls over ! The wheels on this bag is garbage and how can it be waterproof if there’s an opening right at the top of the bag where the handle comes up ? Instead of going all the way across with the stitching they just stitched the front and left both ends open ! I would never buy this bag again and would not recommend it to anyone !

I've had this bag for a few months now and I crazy overload it everyday! No matter how much weight there is inside, the bag rolls smoothly on the sidewalks and parking lots. The construction is great and the fabric is heavyweight.I've never used the straps, but have used the handle and it is thick and really feels secure even with the insane amount of weight I have in the bag.The side pockets arent really big enough for a real water bottle and they zip from the top to bottom, which is odd, but they do fit other stuff so its not a bog deal.I would buy this bag again and again. I've had it for about 3 months now and would not give it up!

Good backpack, a little on the heavy side, the laptop pocket DOES NOT fit a 17”, you have to put it inside the backpack, out of the laptop pocket.Wheels are a little weak, might replace them for a silicon one later.

This pack rolls well and I like features. Zippers should come from each side on all storage areas; you could then put water and thermos in side pockets.

I bought this backpack for my daily commute to work and it was better than expected (and I had high expectations). The handle has two settings - and both are needed) and it glides effortlessly, even on pavement. It’s ergonomic design saves wear and tear on your back, shoulders and arms. It’s roomy and holds a lot but is easy to pick up to navigate stairs etc. the extra rollers are a good bonus. The straps are also easy to secure and don’t get caught in the rollers.

It was way too big for my needs. It also had somewhat of an odor, which will probably dissipate (hopefully) over time. The handle is also a little flimsy, probably would be better with a two-pole hand instead of a single-pole handle.

I really recommend it a-lot, but i advice you to buy secure laptops covers to protect your laptops with inside cushions , if you are planning to place more than in the main section since the main interior pocket is not divided ... i think the worst thing about this bag is that the inside interior part is not divided... but if you don't mind that ... like i do ... its excellent choice. i tried it already once for traveling ... so that is all i say about it...
