I bought this steamer a few months ago and used it a fair amount of times. It works well for what it is, a small handheld steamer. it is great for traveling bc it doesn't take up a lot of space. Heats up quickly and gets wrinkles out, although it does take a little more time/effort to get out wrinkles in thicker fabrics.The company also has great customer service, which really stands out. My steamer stopped working recently and I saw there was a 1 year warranty policy, so I emailed their customer service and explained my situation. I received a reply very quickly from a member of their customer care team and after providing order info I was easily able to get a replacement steamer sent to me. In less than 24 hours after I sent my first email, they issued a replacement. The replacement also arrived super fast. They followed up about a week later to make sure everything was okay, so I feel they went above and beyond with customer service.Overall I would def recommend if you're looking for a easy to use steamer, and the customer service is just another plus

The product works as expected. It did not take long for it to heat up and for me to start using practically right away. I've not used it upside down, but will have to try. However, in the 3rd bullet point, it states: "❤ NO SPURTS OF WATER AT ALL! - LATEST STEAMING TECHNOLOGY - Our recently developed Electronic Pump System completely eliminates any water spurts and leaking, making our steaming process 100% dry! Protects skin and fabrics, prevents puddles or spills. Place the steamer on any surface without damaging them."That is false because mine spurts water on my dress once in a while, which I was caught off guard. However, it does not leak. It's great for traveling, I think it's a good investment overall.

The iSteam heats up very quickly and produces an impressively powerful steam stream. It holds enough water to de-wrinkle an item or two at a time and is very easy to refill. It is well designed and sturdy yet light, and can easily be stored out of sight, unlike those standup steamers with the long hose. This mighty appliance does a good job, is very easy to use, and is quite a bargain. I recommend it for use at home, at the workplace, or while traveling. I think it also makes a very useful gift that just about everyone can use.

While the steamer seems to work ok, I want to document the condition in which I received it. When first ordering it, there was an option to buy it for a few dollars less from ‘Amazon Warehouse’.The description indicated it was new, but the outside packaging might be damaged. I thought, ‘sure, it’s just a steamer’. Well, the outer packaging was fine. The product itself however, was obviously used, and more than once I’d say! The wrapping and place holding cardboard inside the box were just crushed up and shoved down into the bottom of the box. Worse yet, the water reservoir was still filled with about a quarter of a tank of water!Yuck! How long has that been in there and why didn’t anyone check it when it was sent back?Disgusting!

I used this for business travel - perfect for that. Until COVID. Had not used this for quite a while, but needed to get some wrinkles out recently and went to my little steamer - was DOA. Did not heat up and no longer functional. Worked decently for the 3 times I used it and will buy another (different brand, of course), but if/when this item resurfaces for sale, steer clear.

I love this steamer. It’s so small yet powerful. I only wear cotton, silk, linen, wool and cashmere, which all of these natural materials need be pressed or steamed. I’ve tried so many steamers and find this one is the best I used so far. I cannot live without this steamer.This steamer can be used as a regular steamer vertically or as an iron on flat surface. This is so helpful for cotton beddings. I was amazed how powerful this steamer is. It takes no time to finish a shirt or a dress. No leakage what so ever, which happened a lot to my other more expensive steamers.Also customer service is great. I will totally recommend this product.

I was looking for a small device to replace large floor model but wanted the same functions. The iSteam Steamer fills easily. Starts sending out steam in just a few seconds. Steam is hot and plentiful. I placed a heavy bathrobe on back of my door and hung hubbies shirts on same hook. Very easy to run iSteam handheld down the shirt and see all wrinkles disappear. Just pulled on shirt collar tip and ran iSteam down to tip. Easy, fast and Great job. Reservoir is small but I did 3 shirts with one filling. Very happy with purchase!

Initially, this steamer was great. I used it on one trip and it worked like a charm! My suit was wrinkle-free in no time. But then on the second use, it started spurting water and now it won’t work at all. I don’t travel that frequently, and my second trip was after the return date so I can’t get my money back! Ugh. I recommend that you find a different steamer. This one is not worth the $30 if it is only going to work one time.Update - customer service was really great! When I contacted the company about the issues, they immediately offered to send me a new steamer and refund my money due to my trouble with the first steamer. The new steamer seems to work great, so I’m updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars based on this company’s excellent customer service.

Es un producto excelente para viaje, pero para la el hogar no lo es. Es fácil de usar pero su tanque cuando mucho te dura para 2 prendas. Quita las arrugas a las prendas ligeras, pero no gruesas como la mezclilla. En los viajes me ha sido muy útil porque es ligera y compacta.

La recomiendo únicamente para viajes, es incluso más tediosa de usar que una plancha normal 😰 pasé 10 minutos quitando las arrugas a una blusa

Simplemente hay que llenar el tanque con agua y conectar la plancha de vapor para empezar a usarlo en segundos.Mis amigas y yo lo utilizamos para alisar nuestros vestidos de noche antes de una boda y todos estuvieron listos en minutos, fue súper fácil y hasta divertido. Hubiéramos tardado horas con una plancha normal.

La verdad sólo la he usado una vez, pero me ha encantado: es muy práctica, ligera y quita arrugas muy facilmente, me ha ahorrado mucho tiempo
