Easy to install and high quality
The product is very easy to install and very easy to remove. I really like the look and the quality is great. It worth the value of the money and provides great functionality

Easy to install on regular bicycles
I went out on a limb and got this surf rack hoping it would fit my e-bike but it doesn't because the areas on the bike where it's supposed to attach are too think. It works fine on a non-e-bike as it attaches to the pole on the handlebars and the seat. I haven't been able to test it out with an actual board because my bike is not functional at the moment. I know it fits shorter thinner boards just fine. I have yet to test to see if it will fit my lightweight foam board that is a bit thicker.

Does not work for SUP
Installation was fine but this does not work for SUP boards. I had to reinstall a few times to get it to work for size, but even after all of that the weight of the board is too much. I would not recommend as it can easily throw off your balance and if you are biking on a main road that could mean your life. I’m sure it’s fine for all other boards.

Works with a little modification.
First off, this would work well for a more narrow longboard right out of the box. I do not have a thin or narrow longboard though and had to open up the U-hangers a bit to make the board fit. The built in bungee cords to secure the board were not long enough for my board either so I had to replace those to get my board secured. Again though I do not have a narrow or thin longboard. Also my board is quite heavy and riding my beach cruiser with my longboard is a little sketchy since the weight of the board skews the balance point a bit. With a little practice its no big deal, just threw me off on my initial ride. All in all I am happy with this rack.

Works - but
I got this to carry my iSUP board on my eBike between my camper and whatever spring or river we're camping at. I had to open up the racks a bit to fit my iSUP board. There's a couple drawback though.First, it's permanently attached. You can disconnect the u-racks; but the mounts themselves and the mount extensions are permanently attached to the bike. Makes storing the bike awkward because now you have these poles sticking out the side.Second, the front mount is actually connected to the steam tube not the head tube. This means that the front rack moves when you move the handlebars. This makes it impossible to properly steer the bike when a board is attached.
